Badges
Here, you will find all of the badges that I have earned throughout this course. Badges implicate that I have mastered a technology skill and if you mastered the skill, you earned a picture to represent the badge. If you click on the badge photos, you will be directed to the work that I have completed to earn it.
For my productivity badge, I created an Ebook for my future students. I made the book about the water cycle and the book explains the different stages of the cycle. I included many pictures and visuals for my students so they can better understand the concept of the cycle. I plan on using this Ebook to read to my students and I liked the fact that the website can read the book to you with the words that you insert. This badge falls under the enhancement E because it enriches the learning environment for students.

Smore is a website that you can use to create newsletters for your class. I found this website to be very helpful because I was able to put a lot of information on it such as the supply list, the school schedule, and much more. I would use this regularly in my classroom by sending out weekly newsletters to the parents explaining what we did that week in the classroom. This badge would fall under the effectiveness E because it meets the standards successfully.

#3 Hour of Code Badge |
#4 Pinterest Badge |
The hour of code badge was a website that taught me coding. It enhanced my knowledge on the topic in an educational way. I enjoyed doing this because I was able to relate it to one of my favorite Disney movies - Frozen. This badge may be a little bit too hard for my students to understand, but the basics of coding are something I could eventually teach them. This badge would meet the engagement E because it gives an active learning experience for the students.
#5 EdPuzzle BadgeEdPuzzle is a great way to enhance learning. On this website, it allows you to chose a video from youtube and apply questions to the video, assessing the students to see if they were paying attention. The questions that I came up with were straight from the video, but you can make the questions harder or easier depending on the grade level. EdPuzzle is a great way to get students engaged but also have fun at the same time. This badge would meet the enhancement E because it enriches the learning environment for the students.

Pinterest is a great website to find activities for all ages or grades. For this badge, I found six activities for my classroom that related to topics that I would want to teach. This website is great for finding designs for your classroom or fun activities for the future. I plan to use this website in the future for creating cool and exciting games and activities for my classroom. This badge would fall under the efficiency E because it uses resources to save time.
#6 Kahoot BadgeKahoot is an online website that is used for assessment. I used kahoot all through high school so it was a lot of fun making my own. I did a kahoot based on science questions, but you can create a quiz with any topic you want. I would use this website in my future classroom to assess students on their learning in all subjects. It is a fun way for students to compete with each other as well as learn in an engaging way. This badge would fall under the engagement E because it offers an active learning experience.

The twitter chat badge was a very easy badge to complete. I joined a twitter chat that was called #WhatIsSchool and there were tons of other people in the chat. I would use this personally in the future, but not with my students because it would not suite kindergarten children. I would use twitter chat to communicate with other teachers around the world and get hacks and advice from other people to help me with my future as a teacher. This badge would fall under the engagement E because it offers an active learning experience for not only students, but teachers as well.
#9 Infographics BadgeFor my infographics badge, I created an infographic about the time spent on social media. I enjoyed completing this badge because I was able to find out information that I did not know about before. Not only did I learn about the topic, but I learned about how to use the website for the future. In my classroom, I plan on using more infographics to teach my students about specific topics that will benefit them. I think the use of pictures and less words helps younger students learn about the topic being taught. This badge falls under the efficiency E because it saves cost and resources by fitting all of the information onto a computer screen rather than on multiple pages of paper.

Chatterpix is an app on any that allows people to add any photo you want and make it talk. I created my chatterpix by using a picture of the alphabet and with my voice, I introduced myself to my future class. It was a very user friendly and fun way to earn a badge and my hope was that the students would be interested and engaged in it. This badge would fall under the engagement E because it offers an active learning experience for the students.
#10 Jeopardy GameFor my jeopardy badge, I created a jeopardy game about different topics that would fit my grade level. I thought it was very easy to create the game and I had fun coming up with questions to add in it. I plan on using this game in my future classroom as a review game before an assessment because it is a good way for students to know if they understand the information, or if they still need more work. It also puts fun into the review. This badge falls under the enhancement E because it enriches the learning environment for the students.

Professional Development Evaluation
I have improved on my professional development evaluation because when I retook the evaluation at the end of the course, I had a lot more advanced and experts as my answers. It is also obvious to see that I have a lot more pink when I retook the evaluation at the end of the semester.
